How normal am I?
When do you all do your supper dishes? with or without the dishwasher.
I remember growing up my mom did them EVERY day right after supper, or rather she got me to do them every night after supper so now that I'm the kitchen manager of this hear establishment, I have no desire to do dishes and I hope I can remember not to force my boys to do dishes they really really really dont' want to do every single solitary night of the week, including their little Brother's scheduled nights.
When do you do laundry? is it a everyday thing?
I'm starting to get to an everyday point because 4boys, I mean males make a lot of dirty clothes.
When do you clean the toilet?
this is another one of those too many males in the house thing, they totally trash the bathroom! I'm really really really getting tired of being the only person in this house that can use a toilet brush, I mean really you don't have to "touch" anything like when I was growing up and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom! I totally remember there being hands and cloth diaper involved. ick!
OK next and finally "am I normal" question, Dusting? do you do it, or wait until the dust bunnies come to find you? (I'm just saying...)

Look at you, two posts in a row!
I load the dishwasher after every meal (or at least after dinner) but the non-dishwasher stuff -- pots and pans, etc. -- are the bane of my existence. When I'm good I do them before bed. Usually they are still there in the morning, and sometimes the next morning. Ugh.
Laundry I do on the weekend and usually one or two other days during the week, spurred on by overflowing hampers or complaints of "I have no socks!"
Unless it's obviously a problem, the bathroom and dusting get done every other week, because I'm lazy (and have only one stand-up pee-er in the house).
it's not even the 3 standers that are the bathroom problem, 1 has horrible aim but 2 have great aim!
The dishes I end up leaving on the table until the morning in some cases, I just get so tired from making the meal and having some not eat it, I get discouraged! As for the toilet we have hard water so it looks worse then it is but I have this negative feeling that I'm the only oen doing it. Laundry I'm finally getting a handle on it has to be done daily due to the volume of it. Some boys seem to feel a need to wear 3 outfits a day!

Well, you know all about my life but I'll post publicly to support you ok?
Dishes...when the dishwasher decides to work I run it once a day or sometimes every other day....things end up sitting in there cleaned for days. I do by hand at least once a day dishes...but again, I let them sit mostly until I am in the mood...which isn't often. Sometimes, I get on top of it all and clean them and the sink and keep it all clean and empty....usually this doesn't last.
Laundry has begun to become a two-3 times a week thing, usually at least 3-5 loads a week....I try to stay on top but usually have trouble. Suffice to say we have enough clean clothes-basically.
And dust? Who dusts? Not I, said this mom. Som days I will throw a rag at the toddler and let her try....I barely vacuum as is! GASP!
I am getting more mom-ish in doing this stuff more...but not like my mom did.
Well, Bryan does the kitshen every noght since I am the cook.
Cleaning and laundry is all done weekly on Thursday (Bryan does bathroom, I do everything else). On Monday's we will vaccuum and take a lysol wipe after the bathroom *if* it needs it.
