Darn missed the song of the Day on the local radio show... where was I?
OK go grab a button of random and randomly slap that baby on your post, read, reply, visit and randomly gain more Friends?

Speaking of Friends.. was just reading this post over at ...Jodifur she's celebrating the Random I see.
So do you think your friends last forever? Really like this topic could randomize on that for a very long time...
Question: has anyone ever come in contact with a set of Disney Health Encyclopedias? I can remember my mom having a book/toy party at the house when I was 12? and these books were her gift for hosting. I read all 4 of the ones she had cover to cover. I even loaned one out to a teacher in grade 8. It had some good details that some parents may not have talked about. I wonder if I can snag that book this summer to leave laying around the house or cottage? I'll have a 12yrold this summer.
ACK! where did that time go?
And there's another random point, it's February already, my youngest is turning 6 this month. I haven't even figured out what to do for his cake. I was debating using my bunt pan that I got for cat sitting, and cutting it in half to make an s shape worm? but really? is that cool enough for a 6yrold?
We have officially blown out 1 full knee of his skipants. He's going to have to wear some extras I had that he didn't like for the rest of the winter. Hey only 5more weeks... funny how the Groundhog said "early spring" mostly because was hiding in his hole and wouldn't come out? really isn't that a sign in itself"?
"Frozen, Sleeping, leave me sleep... you stupid Humans..."
The Abandon Chairs would tell us more about the state of Winter frozen... It's snowing again today.....
| I do love the snow on the trees |
My oldest didn't make the Bowling Team this year, he will be an alternate. I think I'm more bummed then he is? He's going on the trip with Hubbie anyway so
Food? Did you know that football = food? I thought it was fun enough when a live hockey game meant beaver tails (head out of the gutter momspective!) I'm talking Canadian Beaver Tails with all cinnamon sugar goodness. Also Hotdogs, Beer, and of course the other snack foods that come with watching the games. I think maybe it's time to go to a game here. The boys might be all kinds of excited. It might give them something to alk about. AJ really enjoyed watching the Football game Sunday. He wasn't even just watching for the food and commercials. Could it be in his American Born blood? hahah
Did you know a Platypus... no I didn't either and then it totally left my brain the second TJ handed in the assignment.

I havent had a Beaver Tail in years!!!! Used to be a requisite when skating on the Rideau Canal!!!
Now I'm homesick..LOL. Crap.
Happy Random Tuesday!!!
Never heard of beaver tails. They sound interesting. Hmmm, Platypus, what a fun word to say.
i think a 6yr old would love a worm cake.
GASP! The chairs! The chairs! My oldest will be 6 in April. I'll be 34. EEK!
I think a worm cake for a six year old is completely acceptable. You might have to come up with something more sophisticated for seven.
And oh-my look at all that snow.
At least the bears are hibernating. ;)
Wow, that groundhog looks similar to the one G brought home from school. Stupid groundhogs, it's still cold but supposed to be spring. Hmm..
Wow, you have a 12 year old. That makes YOU old. Just kidding, you're not.
My youngest daughter will be 6 in July. :-)
I want my Spring! Where is it? Stupid Groundhog!
I cannot believe that the chairs are totally covered. That was really an awesome idea to take the pictures.
Looks like fun!!
I have no idea how I glossed over the knock on me bahahahahaha! BEAVER TAILS!!!!
That's totally good on you...I couldn't even do that!!
I remember making a huge construction cake... buildings, roads, tractors... all the things my little guy loved. With great excitement I showed it to him, he made a face and said, "What did you do that for?" Lesson learned... don't worry too much about the cake LOL!
You know what I love about you? Your snow updates. Its really fun for all us southerners who have NO snow EVER. (I'm not being sarcastic - being American you would think that I am - but I'm sincere, promise!).
You got a cake pan for cat sitting? That is so cool!
