Random meal last week.
Beef and Bean Chimichangas...
These are the whole wheat ones. I also managed to colour code others that had spicy peppers with decorations..
non peppered ones are for the boys. Now I want to make these again. Must get supplies. they are so good.
So much better than the Rat burger I just heard someone say on TV tonight. ick!
Went Apple Picking last week with my youngest. Way fun...
Now that MJ is 7.5 this was way more fun than previous years. The Farm is awesome. They also had toy cars and wagons for the kids, horses to feed and lots off great apples. yummy!
This is the beautiful view from the orchard. This is why I love living here, it's a 15minute drive from my house.
In other Random. I didn't finish my Vacation posts yet, there is so much more fun that was had, even a leaky roof.

Our local farm had to cancel apple picking this year. Apparently all of the farms in our area suffered through a really bad season. It makes me sad because we usually go every year.
Your making me hungry! I hope to go the apple orchards soon, I love getting fresh apples.
Those Chimichangas look drool-worthy! I love how you decorated the spicy from non-spicy...much more creative than my way of stabbing the spicy ones with toothpicks. ;)
I really need to jump on the bandwagon of apple picking - though I wonder if Princess Nagger would think of it as work and not fun, and Little Dude might be too little. :) Gorgeous farm and orchard!! :)
