This whole WW thing continues-update

Since well I'm "back" at it, and some are actually reading? I'm going to tell you my results...

1week of following every ww rule to the book, accept my oil troubles resulted in 4.6lbs less weight on me.

I went out the other night to "cool off" after talking to Mr8 and his constant requests to talk to me. I was headed up my street, but saw a friend/neighbour and her son and hubbie on a side street. Her Mr 2 was pushing his pushcar into the middle of the street so I strategically placed msyelf into the middle of the street so the car coming up had to slow down. See I'm the pylon? I figure I was big enough to see, but Mr 2 wasn't. The car kept going in it's own direction, without turning into Mr 2's street. YAY! I started talking to Mr2's Mom, she walked beside me for 4 blocks! YAY! When She went back home? we arranged to go walking nightly starting this Friday! My Wednesdays and Thursday are currently booked for MRalmost 11's Judo and my Meetings, so That's 5/7 nights of walking planned. Now to get me some DEET in institutional size!

Way to go on the 4.6 lbs and making arrangements for a regular walk! I hear ya on needing industrial sized DEET - mosquitoes seem to find me quite tasty, too. :)

4.6 lbs is great. Congrats. Having a walking buddy also helps as far as motivation. I just started walking/jogging last week, I'm hoping I can maintain a regular schedule. Luckily I kind of have to go since I'm walking my daughter to her bus stop at the time. I figure if I'm up, I have to keep going. Even the mosquitoes are asleep before 7. ;)
