So I went to visit the altar of Truth on Wednesday, I'm up, 2lbs. I'm going to have to agree with the wiifit and hope it's just one of those 2lb differences it keeps telling me about? It's all I can do, to keep me digging at that pile of dirt. So in order to combat this problem, I did more, and lowered the salt in my diet this week. It's sneaky, it happens before you even know it, especially when you've had the dreaded Pre-made Processed meals. When I don't plan our meals this is what happens, I get lazy and the choices go down the tubes. Tonight it's BBQ Chicken and Veggies. I can't wait for supper, but first lunch!
The boys are home, Friday we played golf (toy clubs), baseball, T-ball, and got the bikes out. What a blast. They totally enjoyed it, and I had fun too. I'm hoping that these are those little pieces of Move more, that will help me move out of this plateau zone I've managed to find myself in.
Sunday since the daddy in the didn't get to sleep in, we decided to pack ourselves in the the car and take off. OFF we went with me driving, this is partly new, because I've always given the car to the Hubbie, it's easier then watching him grip the "oh shit bar". Yesterday I took off, down the route 3 to St. Andrew's By the Sea. It's a Very pretty city and I can't wait to go back and see it all again and have more time to visit. We left at 1pm and got home about 730pm. It's about a 2hour drive from here and totally worth the visit. Time wise we couldn't have timed it better, the tide was out and the views were beautiful. We all came home refreshed and Happy.

Funny story about mr I dont' want to go to public washrooms. There was no "#2" problem but the first place we stopped was St. Croix Look off from the Canadian Side. So beautiful, I can't say that enough. I see the tell Tail Beaver sign which is the Canadian symbol for 'Parks Canada? and a parking lot, we stop! YAY! toilets, I'd been drivng for 2hours and drinking coke zero, it's bound to happen that it's time to go! the boys had juice boxes for the last hour. So we pull over and I DASH! well what do I find? You guest it 2009 outhouses! so of course I can't very well not go because I've got 3 boys paying very close attention to my reactions to such things. Go it is. Jobs done, I get out and I see AJ running for the Van! hand on his short buttons. I thought he went and just dashed, uh no! he looked down that hole and ran for the car! :) I don't blame him and didn't say a word.We stopped in the tourist information office and got that taken care of. Even MJ got the job done.
Now for some pictures!!! :)

This was the view where we got the best wifi signal.

This is a picture of me on the rocks looking out at the mudflats of the Bay of Fundy, so beautiful, and it was windy and raining but warm!

And the way we traveled! I do have a bit of an itch to get me one of those campers over there to the right, and that camp site had wifi, so if we went back I could blog in real time?I did status update my FB in real time. hehe :)

You're making me want to get outside and go exploring! I grew up visiting national parks and I miss that type of vacation so much. There's nothing like the outdoors (sans camping for me--I'm straight with the hotels)
Altar of truth. Heh! Good one.
Smart move, cutting down on salt and processed meals. I hope the movement will help you off your plateau! At the very least, it should prevent you from gaining more.
What beautiful pics, Kyooty. Makes me wish it wasn't 100 degrees already so I could take the babes out to see things like that.
gorgeous pictures
keep up the moving part of your dieting, it will come off, it will just take it's sweet ole time!
Love these pictures.
You notice, when I went camping I did blog "live time." Wi-fi is an amazing thing, especially when it is free!! (Do you HEAR me Mr. Marriott???)
What a great way to spend Father's Day!! I love the pictures. It looks so peaceful there. I like the Wifi thing, too!! About the dieting...I say don't think about it so much. Maybe your overthinking? Just have faith in yourself. I think your doing a kick a** job!! Keep up the good work. I'm glad you guys had such a good day together!
Beautiful photos. Just hate the toilets on the road and here in CA most of them always seem to be closed for repairs!
Great trip - love the photos! Getaways like that ARE so refreshing.
Beautiful picture! Seems so relaxing! I hate using any public toilet make me nervous. LOL
Great pics! also...nice foot.
Thanks everyone for looking at my foot :0
I'm anti public bathrooms too but when you gotta go, you gotta go.
Your foot is lovely, it looks very thin. ;)
I will hold it like nothing else until desperation calls rather than use a pubic potty and outhouses? I'd rather hit up the woods!
Beautiful pics it looks like my kind of place.
Great pictures. What a beautiful area!
I've been swimming in rolos with my stress, I'm up 4.
